Rota-Barrier allows you to have a variable height barrier system which is totally versatile in the formations it can create - 'S' shapes, circles, right angles, straight runs, clockwise, anti-clockwise, left turns, right turns... it doesn't matter. There is nothing else like it on the market!

Our barriers are made from UV stabilised polyethylene in a range of colours. They satisfy the demand for flexibility, durability and safety with a system that can be rapidly deployed as a barrier or delineator for many and varied purposes.
Having the advantage of being strong but lightweight the barriers are stackable for storage and distribution.
When empty, even our largest road barrier system is manageable by 1 or 2 persons without lifting machinery.
Each barrier piece can be filled with ballast - e.g. water (or brine to prevent freezing) - the RB1000 weighs 140Kg, whilst it's bigger brother the RB2000 weighs 400Kg. Both are fitted with large filling caps and drain ports for easy emptying.
Layout and Lock in Place with our Patented 5 Position Locking Device - Integral to All Our Barrier Systems
All Rota-Barriers are fitted with our patented, 5-position locking device enabling them to easily negotiate any obstacles and road bends you may encounter.
Lock into straight lines, curves, S-shapes - once locked the barriers will rigidly maintain their layout. Optional 45° bend pieces are available for tighter turns.
